FAQ
What's our current availability?
At the moment, we're still during our soft opening phase and only offering photo sessions every week, Fridays through Sundays. However, if you're interested in a photo session during other days of the week, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
What's the rescheduling policy?
Guests can reschedule 48 hours or more before their session. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate a new date and time within the 48-hour timeframe.
Where do I check in the day of my photo session?
You will check in at the Boathouse Lawn next to The Boathouse unless otherwise stated and at least 10 minutes prior to your reservation time. Your photographer will meet you there and escort you to a location for your photo session that will last up to the time stated when you booked your session. Please note, sessions cannot be extended due to late arrivals.
What's the cancellation policy?
Guest must cancel 24 hours or more before their session to get a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the reservation time or if you fail to show up, you will be charged the full price of the session.
